I have had this watch for a small over 6 months now and I cant tell you how plenty of people have started a conversation with me over this watch. I am 6'1 and weigh about 275 yet this watch still stands out. Yes, the watch is giant and heavy as the other reviews have covered however you will get accustom to the weight quickly. The quality is much better than what I expected. I have over twenty watches in my collection this indeed is my new favourite. My wrist now feels bare when when I go out without it!

In addition to it is ruggedness it is also stylish, correct (seven min. per month), waterproof, retains its value, and has tons of snob appeal. It is not basically a watch, it is an heirloom. This watch will be looking and walking strong when my grandson inherits it. Or I may pick to be buried with it.

I've owned my Submariner Date for about four years now, and I am not gentle with my timepieces. It is been covered in tar and resin, immersed in a variety of foul liquids, repeatedly assaulted with fine grade sand of the WORST things you can do to any mechanical device), dropped, banged, poked, prodded and frozen. And still, after a light scrubbing with soapy water as well as a toothbrush, it would fit right in on the red carped of the Oscars. It would not surprise me if it were bulletproof as well. In particular I am amazed at the indestructability of the sapphire crystal, which is still flawless even after all the abuse it is received. The `cyclops eye' over the date window seems to get the worst of it and it is scratch free. Other than to repair a broken bracelet clasp it's never been serviced. I have heard some people criticize how heavy and bulky it is, but you are not going to discover a wafer-thin `elegant' timepiece that will pass the tests this will.

The dial and hands contrast sufficiently to make this a very simple watch to read. I did have a small issue with the fact that there weren't any actual numbers around the dial, but I got over it. At least it is not like of those massively complicated chronographs that tell you such vital knowledge as the month and phase of the moon. In the event you don't know that, then you are probably not the type to wear a watch anyway.

I bought the Nautica chronograph N14536G a couple of days ago. Prompt delivery. Received the watch in lovely condition. The watch itself looks as lovely as it does on the screen... a lovely, solid watch... sporty looks & feel. Some might think it is heavy, which it probably is, but I have no issues there. My main complain is that the manual that comes with the watch is useless... does not have specifications/ help for this particular model. Also the seconds hand is the little dial at the 6 O'Clock position & the main "seconds" dial is for the cease watch, which I find weird in a watch.
Overall, I think it is a lovely buy, in case you don't mind a heavy watch. I even got a pair of Nautica binoculars free!! & no can beat Amazon's cost.

Quite basically, browsing through all of Amazon's analog watches (I am liking analog watches) this was the that caught my eye huge time. It looks great in the pics & 2x more so in person. This watch IS huge & heavy as others have said, as huge & heavy as my Casio MT-G g-shock & I am liking how that fits & feels. I have very thick wrists & was a bit concerned about how well this Invicta would fit. I had hoped that the band would be bigger than my wrists to give that slack feel I am liking, like I get with the Casio...and it DELIVERED! I don't think someone ought to be worried about the fit. If you are huge, you are covered, if you are tiny, resize. In the event you like to feel you have on a solid watch, this is it.

I have my Casio that my dad gave me years ago & its still going strong but I wanted an analog. I did not need a chronograph but I guess its a pleasant feature to have. Don't see myself using it much though. The new is a separate subdial which is a pleasant touch. It also came with a snug plastic on the band & a protective plastic on the face, both of which i have left on for protection purposes. It does appear to have luminous hands but the are barely visible in the dark, you'll must squint to make out the hands. Other than that, no complaints.
What else is there to say, great watch, great price, just hope it stands up to the test of time like my Casio is doing.

GUESS Feminine Contemporary Watch

I had seen this Guess watch in Macy's, & was planning on purchasing it there. They would not let me make use of any coupons so I looked around on the net & naturally Amazon where I do most of my shopping had it! It came very quickly although it was near the Holidays, & it looks great! Free shipping & got it for cheaper than in stores.

I got it sized at Macy's since they sell it, & now wear it on a regular basis & get tons of compliments! It is a great gold watch that has a immense face, but does not look ridiculous on a girl's wrist.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend this watch in case you are looking for a massive gold watch. (Looks very similar to the Michael Kors watch but is less pricey...
